No longer called "BCD House". It's now called "ABC Tofu". Same location... new name. Started the Yelp page for ABC, so please add your positive reviews and let's get ABC back on everyone's radar! Yum!

We love BCD Tofu House. This location is a no-frills, hole-in-the-wall compared to the fancier spots in Koreatown, but as a Valley resident, we really appreciate having it near by. No complaints!

My family has been coming here for about 15 years now. I have time to review this place because We've been coming here all the time. During the pandemic, we have missed this place so much. I always check yelp to see if this place would open for outdoor seating. Couple days ago, I've come by an IG post about this place has outdoor seating. We have got to come right away, which we did the next day. There are 4 tables set up outside, but no one was there. I don't think anyone knows. That's why I have to make a review, so you guys would know =) They now put everything on a foam plate/cup except the tofu pot. We went on Thursday, we don't see any of the old waitresses. Just the owner and her kids. The food came out great as alway. It might not be the Korean food you'll ever have, but it is just a comfort food for our family. We have missed it so much. Recommend dish: Galbi 9/10 not as sizzling hot as before, but still good Yellow covina 9/10 big fish and egg inside, again not sizzling hot Tofu 10/10 of course. Get danger spicy level. Please come support this local business, I know it's a chain restaurant. But definitely still got that mom and pop shop feels.

I like coming here for the good portion and side dishes. The customer service needs improvement though. Overall I'm happy with the food! I usually come in with my bf and we order a combination which is more than enough for 2 people. I love their assorted meat tofu soup and the bulgogi plate.

BCD! BCD! Awesomeness for a cold day like today. Serve me some Soon Tofu and some Bulgogi please. This was a great cultural experience and our waitreSses made us feel at home. I love the part where you can put a raw egg right into your soup and watch it cook. The kimchi is perfect to taste... not too spicy and the pickled sides whEre also delicious. There a small parking lot out front and this location is slightly older than the one downtown town but same great service. But if yOu want to visit the BCD in Korea town then you'll get a hip very trendy restaurant. I live in the valley so this is my location. Order the Soon Tofu and a side and gEt your money's worth. They do serve Hite beer yay!

Met up with some girlfriends at this restaurant and it was my first time here. The menu has a lot of options and the food is tasty! The service can be a little slow at times but if you talk to the ladies, they will take care of you. They were so sweet to us and came to refill our water every 15 minutes. My friend accidentally got some sauce in her white shirt and the last came and cleaned it off for her! It was hilarious but also very sweet. They give you a fried fish with any of the meals you choose. It's a little appetizers/side that comes with any meal. It was pretty tasty, just be careful for the tiny fish bones! Each meal comes with a bowl of rice, even the a la carte entree. If you order the entree, which is just the meat, they give you a good amount that you can finish by yourself or possibly take some leftovers home. They also provide sides for the table which includes; kimchi, radish, bean sprouts, and seaweed. I had to order more kimchi because it was too delicious! The restaurant also carries beer, soju, and wine I believe. The menu is easy to read and straight to the point, unlike other places where it looks so overwhelming. I completely devoured my plate because I love Galbi so much! I would definitely come here for a date night or a get together with friends. Keep in mind the parking might get full if its the weekend.

hmmm... compared to other BCD location I find this one a little off. First the soup base was pretty dull?/bland? but maybe that's because they use less msg? - Overall all BCD are alike...except the fact that the side dishes here were totally different! Unlike other places they didnt offer the marinated clam (with is Perfect with the rice water) & did have extra such as sprouts and potatoes which LA location didnt have. The service here is great tho! ^_^
